Digital deals go wrong when nobody is accountable. Here is who is, and exactly what we promise.
What we guarantee
Your money is held, not sent
The seller cannot touch your payment until you release it or the inspection window ends.
A person reviews every dispute
Open a dispute and the funds freeze. An Adscreed administrator reads the chat, the delivery proof and the pre-sale messages before ruling.
Delivery is provable
Every file carries a SHA-256 fingerprint recorded when it was sent, so what you received can be checked against what was promised.
72 hours to inspect
After delivery you have 72 hours to check everything. Release early, dispute, or do nothing and it releases automatically.
Admins are accountable
Every administrator action is logged, and an admin can never rule on a transaction they are part of.
The guarantee is a process, not insurance: funds stay frozen while a dispute is reviewed and the decision is made by a person from the evidence on record. It does not cover payments sent outside Adscreed, and nobody should ever be asked to pay anywhere else.
How a deal is protected

You pay, we hold
Your payment goes into escrow. The seller is told to deliver, and cannot touch the money.

Delivery is recorded
Files are fingerprinted with SHA-256 when they are sent, in the private Transaction Room.

You inspect for 72 hours
Release when it's right, or dispute at any time before then. If you do neither, the payment releases automatically.

A person decides disputes
A dispute freezes the money. An administrator reads the chat, the delivery proof and any pre-sale messages, then refunds you or pays the seller.
