Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Adscreed when you use the marketplace. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Adscreed.

What Adscreed is

Adscreed is an escrow marketplace. Sellers list digital products and services; buyers pay; Adscreed holds the payment until it is released or refunded under these terms. Adscreed is not a party to the sale itself and does not create, own or guarantee the quality of what sellers deliver, beyond the escrow process described here and on the Trust & Safety page.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. Creating duplicate accounts to abuse promotions, referrals or reviews is not allowed.
  • To receive payouts, sellers must link a valid bank account (or a wallet, where stablecoins are accepted) in their own name.

Payments and escrow

  • The buyer’s payment is held by Adscreed once it is confirmed. The seller may not receive it before release.
  • After delivery the buyer has 72 hours to inspect the work. The buyer can release the payment or open a dispute. If the buyer does neither, the payment is released to the seller automatically when the window ends.
  • For orders split into milestones, each milestone is funded and released separately.
  • Services are bought as one of the packages the seller offers; the package, price, delivery time and revisions chosen at checkout are the terms of that order.
  • Services and some products can be paid by card or bank transfer. Stablecoin payments are available only where a listing shows them, and cannot be reversed on the blockchain.

Fees

Adscreed charges sellers a platform fee of 3% of each completed sale, deducted from the payout. Buyers pay the listed price with no extra platform fee. Payment processors or banks may charge their own fees; where they apply they are shown before you pay.

Seller responsibilities

  • Describe what you sell accurately and deliver what you described, on time, through the Transaction Room.
  • You must have the right to sell what you list. Do not sell stolen, pirated, counterfeit or infringing material, or accounts you do not control.
  • Do not ask buyers to pay or communicate outside Adscreed to avoid escrow or fees.
  • Packages on a service listing cannot be edited after the listing is created.

Buyer responsibilities

  • Read the listing before you buy and use the inspection window honestly. Release the payment when the work matches the listing.
  • Open a dispute only for a real problem, and say clearly what is wrong. Misusing disputes to avoid paying is a breach of these terms.

Disputes

A dispute freezes the payment. Both sides may add messages and image evidence. An Adscreed administrator reviews the chat, delivery records, evidence and the listing, then decides whether to refund the buyer or pay the seller, in full or in part. Decisions are made in good faith on the evidence available and are final within the platform. Nothing here limits any legal rights you have outside it.

We may also freeze or reverse a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, an illegal sale or a security risk.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not list, sell, buy or send anything that is:

  • illegal, including illegal drugs and anything that facilitates crime;
  • sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers anyone, especially children;
  • hateful, threatening, harassing or abusive;
  • malware, hacking tools used to harm others, or a service to attack or defraud people;
  • deceptive, including fake reviews and impersonation.

New and edited listings are checked automatically and may be hidden, rejected or sent to a human reviewer. An administrator can override that outcome. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Reviews and public content

Reviews can be left only by buyers who completed an order. You grant Adscreed a licence to display what you publish (listings, images, reviews) on the platform. You keep ownership of it.

Liability

Adscreed provides the service as is and does not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Adscreed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by sellers, buyers or third-party services. Our total liability to you for any claim about a transaction is limited to the amount held in escrow for that transaction. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Adscreed at any time, once your open orders are settled. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk. Funds already held in escrow are still handled under the rules above.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; when the change matters, we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use Adscreed after the date means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adscreed is registered, and its courts will decide any dispute that cannot be settled by talking.
